SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PENGUSULAN SERTIFIKASI GURU KABUPATEN PASURUAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS

Banyak usulan sertifikasi guru untuk mengumpulkan portofolio; Mereka menyiapkan dokumen
dan bukti-bukti fisik yang dikumpulkan dalam sepuluh komponen yang akan dinilai oleh
petugas sertifikasi dari departemen pendidikan , Akibatnya itu butuh waktu yang sangat lama,
Selain itu, Pengusulan untuk sertifikasi guru dengan pola portofolio dapat menyebabkan
penilaian subjektif ini akan berdampak pada peserta sertifikasi yang tidak dinilai berdasarkan
kemampuan, dapat memberikan respon negatif terhadap Departemen Pendidikan, sebagai
menetapkan atau sertifikasi guru.
Departemen Pendidikan Pasuruan mengharapkan pencalonan sertifikasi ini dapat
disaring tidak hanya kriteria umum tetapi juga usia dan pangkat guru . Perkembangan teknologi
dapat dimanfaatkan dalam proposal sertifikasi guru , misalnya dengan membangun sistem
berbasis web yang mampu untuk menangani pemilihan nominasi. Sertifikasi mengusulkan calon
dapat memasukkan data ke sistem berbasis web ini tahu hasil dan beban file yang ditentukan.

certification can be filtered not only the general criteria but also age and rank of the teacher .
The development of technology can be utilized in teacher certification proposal , for example by
building a web -based system is capable for selection handling of nomination. Certivication
proposing candidates can enter data to this web based system, Know the results and load
specified file.
