SISTEM PRAKERIN BERBASIS WEBSITE MENGGUNAKAN METODE UCD STUDI KASUS DI SMK DHARMA WANITA KROMENGAN

The internship activity is an internship activity for Dharma Wanita Kromengan Vocational School students in an industrial environment for 6 months. However, there are various obstacles that occur when carrying out internship activities, including 1) Difficulty for admin in grouping internship students according to places in the world of business and industry (dudi) because zoning is recorded manually. 2) The low effectiveness of field supervisor teachers in monitoring students' activities every day at the internship site, because attendance and journals of students' daily activities are still recorded manually. 3) Recording is not recorded as a function of time, so there are cases of dishonesty when filling in the daily journal which is ultimately written at the end of the internship activity. 4) The attendance journal is damaged or torn or even lost. Based on the analysis of these problems, this research aims to monitor internship activities periodically, in an orderly and disciplined manner. Therefore, it is important to create a website-based internship system application using the Ucer Centered Design (UCD) method which can be accessed by students to record activities during internship and monitored by the internship coordinator as admin, field supervisor teacher and supervisor at the internship site as evaluator and evaluator. The results of the application created provide a feasibility response which was carried out using the User Acceptance Test (UAT), obtaining an average percentage for admins of 86.81%, teachers 87.80%, supervisors 88.19% and students 87.66%.

Natuna Regency, a potential region in tourism, fisheries, plantations, and SMEs, faces challenges in digital SME marketing. Constraints involve product limitations, brand image difficulties, and cross-border regulatory complexity. This study designs a web-based SME product sales information system in Natuna using a prototyping model, emphasizing SME empowerment. Through prototyping, system development ensures interactive involvement between developers and users, making the system more responsive to user needs. User Acceptance Test results indicate 88,58% of respondents agree that this system can positively contribute to the local economy and facilitate SME growth in Natuna Regency.

Sistem Informasi SKL dengan Autintikasi QR Code di SMKS PGRI Pakisaji

Kelulusan adalah kegiatan rutin yang harus diikuti oleh peserta didik untuk menyelesaikan program pendidikan, ditandai dengan diberikan ijazah atau surat keterangan lulus kepada peserta didik. Penerbitan blangko ijazah dari dinas pendidikan harus menunggu waktu minimal 3 bulan pengerjaan, sehingga untuk keperluan mendaftar kuliah atau kerja untuk sementara bisa menggunakan surat keterangan lulus (SKL). Lamanya dalam perekapan hasil akhir nilai rapor serta hasil ujian satuan pendidikan di SMKS PGRI Pakisaji, membuat penerbitan dan pendistribusian SKL membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama agar sampai kepada peserta didik. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya penggunaan media daring yang dapat diakses sewaktu-waktu untuk mempercepat penyampaian SKL. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menghasilkan sistem informasi SKL dengan autintikasi QR Code di SMKS PGRI Pakisaji sehingga dapat membantu dalam proses administrasi dan monitoring penyampaian SKL. Sistem menghasilkan surat keterangan lulus (SKL) digital yang bisa diunduh oleh peserta didik masing-masing tanpa perlu datang ke SMKS PGRI Pakisaji. Berdasarkan pengujian user acceptance test (UAT) yang dilakukan, didapatkan hasil 86% dan dapat dinyatakan bahwa sistem informasi SKL telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan sistem.

RANCANG BANGUN E-RAPOR BERBASIS WEB DI SMP ISLAM ANNURIYAH MALANG
SMP Islam Annuriyah malah merupakan sekolah menengah pertama yang terdapat di Kelurahan Kebonsari, Kecamatan Sukun, Kota Malang, Provinsi Jawa timur yang merupakan sekolah sekaligus pesantren. Di SMPI Annuriyah pengolahan sebenarnya sudah menggunakan microsoft excel. Permasalahan yang timbul saat pengolahan nilai rapor UTS dan UAS dimana sering terkendala komunikasi terkait penyerahan nilai dari guru kelas kepada wali kelas. Kemudian saat perwalian banyak orang tua yang tidak datang karena tempat tinggal di luar kota atau luar pulau, sehingga memerlukan sistem yang dapat diakses dari rumah. Pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan guru, walikelas, dan kepala sekolah dalam mengelola data nilai dan siswa maka peneliti membuat sebuah sistem E-rapor yang diharapkan mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut yang ada di SMPI Annuriyah Kota Malang. Sistem E-Rapor ini dibangun menggunakan framework codeigniter dan menggunkan model pengembangan waterfall. Dari hasi penelitian yang dilakukan, memiliki hasil akhir yang berupa aplikasi E-rapor yang dapat mengolah nilai dan menghasilkan sebuah program pengolahan nilai rapor. Hal ini menujukan bahwa sistem E-rapor yang dibangun menggunakan framework codeigniter dan menggunakan model pengembangan waterfall ini sudah sesuai dengan perancangan yang telah ditetapkan dan dapat membantu pengolahan nilai di SMPI Annuriyah Kota Malang.

RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM INFORMASI PPDB BERBASIS WEB PADA SMAK BHAKTI LUHUR MALANG MENGGUNAKAN MODEL PROTOTYPE

Catholic High School (SMAK) at Bhakti Luhur Malang, is one of the Catholic religious-based high schools, in accepting new students (PPDB) it still uses a conventional system by sending and returning forms using couriers, sometimes it still needs to be re-confirmed for availability. Lack of registration requirements and the process of resubmitting these requirements are carried out. As a solution to this problem, this research created a design for a WEB-based PPDB information system at SMAK Bhakti Luhur Malang using a prototype model. The system was built by inputting the registration form and uploading student requirements documents. PPDB officers check the requirements, if there are any deficiencies they will be reconfirmed via e-mail and if they are complete then the registration will be accepted with notification via e-mail, students can check their registration status independently. The average UAT results from the research and development of this system reached 94%, indicating that the functions of the system were declared suitable for using as a PPDB information system at SMAK Bhakti Luhur Malang.
