Abstract

The formulation of this research is how the implementation process of supermenko improve the ability of principals in the management of school administration to prepare for accreditation, how to increase the ability of schools and teachers in the administration to prepare for accreditation, how to change the behavior of principals and teachers after using supermenko, how principals and teachers response after the implementation supermenko in management of administration to prepare the implementation of accreditation in the target area in academic year 2014/2015. This study consisted of two cycles. There is an increase in the ability of the principal in the administrative management of the accumulated results of the first cycle is 53% for the eight national education standards and the second cycle is 86%. There is change in the behavior of principals and teachers in preparing teaching administration.
