PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN KUSUMA AGROWISATA BATU

Abstract


Purpose of this research there is to know : 1) influence of leadersip style to the employe performance, 2) influence of compensation to the  employe performance, 3) influence of leadership style and compensation to the employe performance. This research took a place in Kusuma Agrowisata Batu. According to the problem and research conducted in Kusuma agrowiasata Batu. population in this research is all employees and the total  numbers are 40 persons. The number of sample  used are 40 respondents that was determined by using saturation sampling technique. Data collection techniques for variabel style of leadership, compensation, and employe performance using questionnaire technique. The analysis technique  used in this experiment is multi regression analysis with two predictors (independent variabels) and the criterion (dependent variabels). Based on the research, can be conluded 1) leadership style have significance influence to the employee performance (X1), 2) compensation have significance influence to the employee performance (X2), 3) leadership style and compensation have significance influence to the employee performance (Y).
