Abstract

The purpose of this research to develop media learning uses information technology in the form of e-book story is expected to be used as one of alternative media learning social emotional for children interesting, efficient, and effective. Procedure development media e-book story in learning social emotional this is: 1) for research and the collection of information, 2) make the planning, next evaluation experts, 3) develop the, 4) to pilot the field small group with 10 subject, 5) do revision products. Instrument used be the questionnaire contains about arrangement of products and product have been made. Technique analysis the data used was the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the percentage. The result of developing this is 98% of the children interested in a media e-book story in learning social emotional early childhood, 90% media e-book story efficient used children, and 85,38% media e-book story effective.   Keywords: Development, Media E-book story, Social and Emotional Learning
