Abstract

This community service program was conducted at MA Ar-Rahman Sumoyono, a private Islamic senior high school in Jombang, Indonesia, targeting Grade XII students and teachers. The school faced three main challenges: a low percentage of graduates admitted to public universities, limited computer resources with unstable internet access, and insufficient digital literacy that hindered the use of Android devices for learning. To address these issues, the program introduced Android-based training designed to improve readiness for the national university entrance test (UTBK/SNBT). The intervention included developing UTBK-oriented modules, creating a mobile application with CBT simulations equipped with timers and automated scoring, and integrating the application into both classroom and independent learning. Additional activities comprised digital literacy workshops and continuous monitoring through learning analytics. Early results indicate improved student preparedness and confidence, alongside better utilization of information technology in a resource-limited madrasah context. These findings demonstrate the potential of mobile-based simulations as scalable solutions to strengthen exam readiness and digital literacy.
