Abstract

Studi ini menyelidiki bagaimana pemanfaatan teknologi digital dan keahlian keuangan meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan keuangan dan memperkuat ketahanan ekonomi rumah tangga pada perempuan yang bekerja sebagai pemilik usaha. Fokus analisis terletak pada fungsi kinerja usaha sebagai alat yang menghubungkan kemampuan usaha internal dengan stabilitas ekonomi keluarga. Untuk tujuan ini, pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan melibatkan 300 ibu rumah tangga yang dipilih di Kota Makassar, yang dipilih berdasarkan keterlibatan mereka yang aktif dalam pengelolaan keuangan dan usaha mikro. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) digunakan untuk memeriksa hubungan antar konstruk langsung dan tidak langsung setelah data dikumpulkan menggunakan alat berbasis skala Likert. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan teknologi digital dan keuangan meningkatkan kinerja bisnis, terutama melalui peningkatan praktik pencatatan transaksi, pengawasan arus kas, dan penerapan informasi keuangan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. Dampak kedua komponen tersebut terhadap ketahanan ekonomi rumah tangga diperkuat oleh kinerja usaha. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan digital dan kemampuan keuangan harus bekerja sama untuk menciptakan stabilitas ekonomi keluarga berbasis usaha mikro. Penelitian menekankan betapa pentingnya memperkuat keterampilan digital dan keuangan untuk mendukung praktik akuntansi usaha kecil yang lebih fleksibel dan berkelanjutan.
