The tool used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) by the AMOS program. Through the sampling method, using library study data collection techniques with data collection through the necessary reports. The technique used in this research uses panel data regression analysis. Based on the sample selection criteria determined in this research, this study conducted observations on 14 entities in the transportation and logistics sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2017-2021 period. The data analysis approach used in this research is panel data regression analysis to obtain better research estimation results. The research results confirm that cash flow has a positive influence on cash savings, while leverage and company size do not affect cash savings. These findings reveal that the company utilizes positive cash flow to maintain the company's liquidity. This course is designed to develop students' understanding of the digital economy, covering topics such as disruption, industrial revolution, and various aspects of digital transformation in Indonesia, including E-Commerce, electronic commerce business models, digital infrastructure, the latest technologies such as the Internet, big data, currency digital, and e-Environment implementation. This research is a type of research and development which aims to create certain products and evaluate their effectiveness. This research adopts the development model of ADDIE instructional design which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The research results show that the CORE learning model is successful in improving student learning outcomes. Apart from that, the results of this research also show that the specified learning outcomes have been achieved thanks to increased student learning outcomes. This research aims to determine the effect of unemployment, PMDN, and UMP on poverty in East Java. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from BPS and NSWi from 2001 to 2022 in the East Java region. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using the data processing tool EViews 12. The results of this research show that unemployment has a positive and significant influence on poverty in East Java. Meanwhile, PMDN and UMP have a negative and significant influence on poverty in East Java. Unemployment, PMDN, and UMP together have a significant influence on poverty in East Java. The type of research used in this research is quantitative which is related to numbers or statistics and uses secondary data, namely coming from the </em><em>annual</em><em> reports of non-cyclical consumer companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2017-2021. The sampling technique in the research used a purposive sampling method with a total of 36 non-cyclical consumer companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021 being the research sample. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and panel data regression analysis. The results of this research show that the capital intensity factor partially has no effect on tax avoidance, the institutional ownership factor partially has an effect on tax avoidance, and the executive character factor partially has an effect on tax avoidance. One digital transaction tool that has grown significantly is the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS). The increase in the number of QRIS merchants and QRIS users correlates with the increase in the volume and nominal transactions processed by each merchant every year, including MSMEs. This research aims to conduct an analysis of the use of QRIS to increase MSME income. The research method was carried out using a descriptive qualitative approach. Research data comes from search results from various trusted sources, including official websites, academic literature, theses and national scientific journals that are relevant to the research topic. After thorough analysis and discussion regarding the impact of QRIS on increasing MSME income, it can be concluded that the growth in the number of QRIS users as well as the volume and nominal transactions per merchant is directly proportional to the increase in MSME income. This trend does not only occur in the Greater Jakarta area and Java Island, but occurs nationally throughout Indonesia. The increase in income from QRIS cannot be separated from the convenience offered to MSMEs who no longer need to make large investments in creating QR codes for various payment platforms. With QRIS, they can accept payments from various banks and digital payment providers. Collection of text-based test data, questionnaires and documents. 62 students in class VIII C and D were the subjects of the research. The location of this research is SMP Negeri 12 Malang. Sampling used census research techniques, so that the entire population was used as the research population. The research results provide a significant simultaneous influence between PBL, learning materials and learning encouragement on critical thinking skills and several problem-based learning (PBL) models. The research method used is R&amp;D (Research and Development) by obtaining research data to produce, develop and validate products with carries the ADDIE model proposed by Dick and Carey. This research uses the ADDIE model which consists of five stages, namely 1) analysis, 2) design, 3) development, 4) implementation, and 5) evaluation. The measurement used in this research is a Likert scale. Data from the study were obtained through a questionnaire validated by media experts, material experts, linguists, and student respondents. The results of this study indicate that this digital flipbook learning media is effective and feasible to use.
