The purpose of this research was to know about the comparison of motility Abstrac and proportion of sexing and without sexing sperms of cross-bred ongole bull. The method is a research laboratory using density gradient of egg white albumen sexing method and without sexing. The result of this study showed that sperm motility of without sexing and top layer after sexing process has significant effect (P <0,01) and better than bottom layer. The percentage motility of without sexing process was 60,05%, top layer after sexing process was 56,90% and bottom layer was 49,75%. Higest X sperms proportion achieved at top layer (77,5%) and higest Y sperm proportion achieved at bottom layer (77,1%). It can be concluded that the sperm motility without sexing and top layer after sexing process has significant effect (P<0,01) and better than bottom layer. The top layer has higest (P<0,05) of X sperm proportion and the bottom layer has higest (P<0,01) of Y sperm proportion.
