SISTEM PAKAR MENDIAGNOSA PENYAKIT STROKE DENGAN METODE FUZZY LOGIC

Abstract
ABSTRAK Penanganan yang cepat bagi penderita penyakit stroke sangat diperlukan di daerah – daerah yang lingkungannya masih sangat minim akan kesadaran kesehatan. Pelayanan adalah salah satu yang terpenting untuk menolong seseorang dari bahaya penyakit. Kasus penelitian yang digunakan mengambil rekam medik di puskesmas Dampit dalam kurun waktu tahun 2013 terdapat 46 pasien terkena penyakit stroke. Faktor pengklasifikasian resiko stroke mempunyai sembilan variabel dan di implementasikan dengan pemrograman Delphi 7.
Fuzzy logic paling sesuai dengan naluri manusia, bekerja berdasarkan kaidah linguistik dan memiliki algoritma fuzzy yang menyediakan aproksimasi untuk dimasuki analisa matematik. Data tersebut diproses melalui tahap-tahap perhitungan logika fuzzy dan memberikan keluaran dari sistem berupa status resiko stroke yang diderita oleh pasien. Sistem ini menampilkan sebuah hasil keputusan untuk memberikan keterangan hasil diagnosa.

ABSTRACT
The rapid Handling for stroke patients is very necessary in the areas which has minimal environmental health awareness. Service is one of the most important to help someone out of danger of disease. The case studies used to take is Dampit medical records in health centers in the period of 2013 there were 46 patients affected by stroke. The classification of stroke risk factors has nine variables and implemented with Delphi 7.
The most appropriate method of fuzzy logic to human instincts, working based on linguistic rules and having a fuzzy algorithm that provides an approximation to enter mathematical analysis. The data is processed through the stages of the calculation of fuzzy logic and gives the output of the system in the form of status risk of stroke suffered by the patient. The system displays a description of the decision to give the diagnosis.
