Pengaruh budaya kerja 5R terhadap kinerja pegawai dimediasi motivasi kerja

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya kerja 5R (Ringkas, Rapi, Resik, Rawat dan Rajin) terhadap kinerjapegawaiyang dimediasi oleh motivasi kerja. Jenis penelitian eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Malang.Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan Skala Likert lima poin, sampel diambil menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya kerja 5R berpengaruh positif secara langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai, budaya kerja 5R berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi kerja. Hasil analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa budaya kerja 5R memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar secara langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai dibandingkan melalui motivasi kerja.
