The Journal of Applied Linguistics and Language Pedagogical Studies (JALLPS) is an open-access journal intended to disseminate research and scientific thought results as a forum for the development of concepts, theories, and applications that contribute to Applied Linguistics and Language Pedagogical Studies globally.
JALLPS is published twice a year (March & September), and each published article will go through a peer-review stage. JALLPS is published by the graduate Program, Universitas PGRI Kanjuruhan Malang. The journal is dedicated to scientific exchange among practitioners, language teachers and language researchers. Although the article is written in English, the journal welcomes studies related to applied linguistics and language education other than English as well.
JALLPS is a place for studies that demonstrate research methods and theoretical foundations with visible practical applications that can be generalized. The scope of JALLPS covers the following areas: teaching English as a second or foreign language, training and education of English teachers, Language teaching methodology, Language Pedagogical techniques, Language classroom-centred research, Translation, Language Testing and evaluation, Applied linguistics, Language and culture
