ANALISIS KEMAMPUAN INTELEKTUAL DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA DOSEN PENDIDIKAN GURU SEKOLAH DASAR (PGSD)

Abstract

Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan pengaruh kemampuan intelektual dosen mempengaruhi kinerja dosen, mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja dosen, menjelaskan pengaruh secara simultan kemampuan intelektual dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja dosen, mendiskripsikan kemampuan intelektual dan motivasi kerja yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kinerja dosen. Secara keseluruan dilihat dari Intelektual Dosen memiliki kemampuan intelektual yang baik akan tetapi ada komponen kemampuan berhitung dengan cepat dan tepat yang dimiliki dosen masih dikategorikan cukup. Hasil menunjukkan motivasi dosen dalam meningkatkan kinerja memberikan gambaran yang bervariatif baik dan cukup Korelasi variabel Kinerja ( Y ) dengan variabeil Intelektual ( X1)  dihasilkan r sebesar 0,424 sedangkan hubungan antara variabel Kinerja ( Y ) dengan Motivasi ( X2 ) yang mempunyai nilai 0,361 sehingga Intelektual memiliki hubungan yang lebih dominan dibandingkan dengan Motivasi. Korelasi berganda atau Multiple Regretion antar ke tiga variabel yaitu variabel Y ( Kinerja ) , Intelektual ( X1 ) dan Motivasi ( X2) mempunyai nilai korelasi ( R ) sebesar 0,461 hal ini menunjukan antar ketiga variabel memiliki hubungan yang cukup. Persamaan Regresi antara Kinerja , Intelektual dan Motivasi  adalah Y = 94.573 +0,145X1 + 0,052 X2 sedangkan korelasi partial X1 dan X2 untuk masing –masing sebesar 0,307 dan 0,201

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the influence of the intellectual abilities of lecturers affect faculty performance, determine the effect of work motivation on the performance of the lecturer, explains the effect of simultaneous intellectual ability and motivation to work on the performance of lecturers, describing the intellectual ability and motivation of the most dominant influence on the performance of lecturers. Intellectual Lecturers have the intellectual capability but no component numeracy skills quickly and precisely who owned the lecturers still considered sufficient. The results show the motivation of lecturers in improving the performance illustrates the varied good and quite Correlation variable Performance (Y) with variabeil Property (X1) produced r equal to 0.424, while the relationship between the variable Performance (Y) with motivation (X2) which has a value of 0.361 so that Intellectual have relationship is more dominant than the motivation. Or Multiple Regretion multiple correlation between three variables: the variable Y (Performance), Property (X1) and motivation (X2) has a value of correlation (R) of 0.461, this shows the relationship among three variables have enough. Regression equations between Performance, Intellectual and motivation are Y = 94 573 + 0,145X1 + 0.052 X2 while the partial correlation X1 and X2 for each of 0.307 and 0.201
