PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN MENGHITUNG PENILIAN KINERJA MELALUI KEGIATAN KERJA KELOMPOK DI UNIT PELAKSANA TEKNIS DAERAH BANYUWANGI

Abstract

The problem underlying the research is still low ability of teachers in SDN 2 Karangrejo in calculating the teacher’s performance assessment. The purpose of the research is to improve the motivation and the ability to calculate teacher’s performance assessment through Kerja kelompok for Teachers SDN 2 Karangrejo Banyuwangi second semester academic year 2013/2014. The research was conducted collaboratively with colleagues/collaborative through two (2) cycles. The results showed that the implementation of the Kerja kelompok about PKG can increase the motivation and the ability to calculate teacher’s performance assessment through the kerja kelompok for teachers  SD 2 Karangrejo Banyuwangi second semester academic year 2013/2014.
