PELAKSANAAN IN HOUSE TRAINING SEBAGAI UPAYA MENINGKATKAN KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK GURU DALAM MENYUSUN RPP BERKARAKTER
Abstract
This study aims to improve the pedagogical competence of teachers in preparing nation character lesson plan through the implementation of In House Training (IHT) in SDN  Banyuwangi Wongsorejo academic year 2013-2014. The experiment was conducted at SDN  Wongsorejo, Odd semester academic year 2013-2014, took over three months. The subject of research was all teachers by totaling 34 people. The method of collecting data is through documentation, observation, interview and assignment. This research was conducted using action research design is designed through two cycles with procedure: (1) planning (planning), (2) the implementation of the action (action), (3) observation (observation), (4) reflection (reflection) in each cycle. The results showed that an increase in pedagogical first cycle 71 points was rated “good" second cycle increased to 91 points rated “excellent“. This increase is evidenced by the results of the assessment planning learning process in arranging character lesson plan that is first cycle 78 points was rated "good", the second cycle 93 points was rated "excellent". It can be concluded that the implementation of In House Training can improve the pedagogical competence of teachers in arranging character lesson plan in SDN  Wongsorejo academic year 2013-2014
