PENGARUH KEDISIPLINAN DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU IPS

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) to determine the effect of teacher discipline with performance  Banyuwangi district hight teachers. (2) To determine the effect of motivation to performance  Banyuwangi district hight school teachers. (3) To determine the effect of discipline and motivation to performance  Banyuwangi district hight school teachers. This research results show that: (1) there is a positive relationship between the teacher disciplined teacher performances. This can be proved by the results obtained for the correlation being 0.353 0.202 significance table price. (2) There is a positive relationship between work motivations with teacher performance. This can be proved by the results obtained by the correlation 0.485 0.202 dsignifikan while the price table. (3) There is a positive relationship between the discipline and motivation to work with teacher performance.
