UPAYA MEMOTIVASI GURU UNTUK MENGEMBANGKAN PROFESI MELALUI DIKLAT PENULISAN BAHAN AJAR

Abstract

This study was done to increase the motivation of teachers in implementing professional development activities through the dictates of writing teaching materials so that teachers are increasing their professional. After attending the training of writing material is expected the teachers can prepare the required textbook lessons independently. By using the teaching materials, the learning process to be smooth, this will indirectly improve student’s achievement. This research is expected supervisor can optimize the teachers competence in the professional field and in the paedagogik field through training of Writing Instructional Materials for Teachers of Mathematics High School / Vocational Kulon Progo. Determining the subject of this research is done by random sampling purposively, as much as 75% of the overall math teacher SMA / SMK in Kulon Progo Regency those 30 teachers from 40 mathematics teachers who are active in MGMP.
