Abstract

ABSTRAK

Obesitas merupakan faktor independen utama untuk komplikasi kardiovaskular, diabet, dan osteoporosis karena adanya resistensi insulin dan peningkatan kadar trigeliserida dalam tubuh. Salah satu upaya untuk menurunkan obesitas, yaitu dengan memanfaatkan kandungan kalsium dari cangkang telur ayam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji berbagai macam penelitian yang telah dilakukan mengenai pengaruh kalsium cangkang telur ayam menggunakan nanoteknologi terhadap penurunan kadar trigliserida dalam sel lini 3T3-L1 sebagai upaya menurunkan obesitas tubuh dengan menggunakan metode review. Adapun informasi dalam paper ini mencangkup teknik Pulsed Electric Field (PEF), analisis Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Particle Size Analyzer (PSA), konduktivitas, dan tingkat penurunan trigliserida. Pemberian nano kalsium pada sel lini 3T3-L1 preadiposit diharapkan mampu menurunkan kadar trigliserida sehingga mampu menghambat perkembangan preadiposit.
