Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam manajemen Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) guna meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan mendukung penguatan karakter disiplin anak. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif-eksploratif, penelitian melibatkan 20 lembaga PAUD di Kota Bandung dan Kabupaten Jember yang dipilih secara purposive. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan kuesioner sebelum dan sesudah intervensi AI. Intervensi mencakup penggunaan lima teknologi AI, yaitu face recognition, Natural Language Processing, chatbot, AI-based scheduling, dan predictive analytics. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi operasional sebesar 30% dan pengurangan beban administratif guru hingga 40%. Selain itu, sistem kehadiran otomatis dan penjadwalan berbasis AI terbukti memperkuat karakter disiplin anak, terlihat dari ketepatan waktu, keteraturan, dan penyelesaian tugas. Kesimpulannya, integrasi AI dalam manajemen PAUD efektif meningkatkan efisiensi dan membentuk karakter anak sejak dini, serta memberikan arah baru bagi pengelolaan pendidikan berbasis teknologi.
