About the Journal
Pi: Mathematics Education Journal contains scientific papers in mathematics education. It might be a dissemination of a research result, a comprehensive scientific literature review, or a review of a scientific book. The article should never have been published and is not being published in other journals. Journal is published twice a year in October and April. Published by Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika Universitas PGRI Kanjuruhan Malang which is located at Jl. S.Supriyadi No.48 Malang 65148. Journal email address. Journal History
- On 2019, we have been accredited by the Directorate General of Higher Education Ministry of National Education and Culture Republic of Indonesia No. 14/E/KPT/2019 on May 10, 2019.
- On 2019, we added 4 new editors to join with us. Now we work with 8 editors from various universities.
- Since Volume 3 Issue 1 April 2020, we apply a publication charge of 400.000,00 IDR for each accepted paper to cover all costs.
- On 2025, we has been accredited by the National Journal Accreditation (ARJUNA) by Decree of Directorate General of Research and Development of Ministry of Education, Science and Technology Republic of Indonesia No. 10/C/C3/DT.05.00/2025 on March 21, 2025 with third grade (Sinta 3) since Volume 6 Issue 2 2023 to Volume 11 Issue 1 2028.
- All articles published from Volume 8 Issue 2 onwards are required to use the latest article template, which has been revised to meet international standards and updated citation style. The new template can be downloaded from our official journal website. All submitted and published articles must be written in English to support the internationalization of our journal.
- Beginning with manuscripts published in Volume 8 Issue 2 and subsequent volumes, Pi: Mathematics Education Journal will apply a publication fee as follows:
- IDR 700,000 (Seven Hundred Thousand Rupiah) for local authors, or
- If an article includes at least one co-author who is a foreign author (non-Indonesian institutions)—regardless of whether they are the corresponding author or not—it is eligible for a 20% discount on the total publication fee.
- Beginning with manuscripts published in Volume 8 Issue 2 and subsequent volumes, the number of manuscript pages is between 9-12 pages. If more than 12 pages, an additional fee of 75,000/page will be charged.
- Beginning in 2026, the journal will increase its publication frequency to three issues per year: April, August, and December.
