Analisis Kompetensi Profesional Guru SMK dalam Memanfaatkan Teknologi untuk Meningkatkan Kualitas Pengajaran

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui analisis kompetensi professional guru dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis digital, menguasai materi pembelajaran, melaksanakan evaluasi hasil belajar siswa, mengelola program mengajar, dan faktor pendukung, faktor penghambat serta solusi untuk mengatasi faktor penghambat dalam pelaksanaan kompetensi professional guru. Metode deskriptif kualitatif merupakan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kurikulum, wakil manajemen mutu, wakil kesiswaan, guru, dan siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Kodi Balghar. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah : 1) penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis digital belum optimal dan belum memanfaatkan fasilitas yang sudah disediakan oleh sekolah seperti komputer, dan proyektor, 2) guru di SMK sudah menguasai materi dan mengaitkan materi pembelajarannya dengan kondisi yang terjadi pada saat ini, 3) dalam melaksanakan evaluasi hasil belajar siswa dan guru sudah melakukan dengan memberikan soal latihan maupun tes untuk mengukur kemampuan siswa, 4) dalam mengelola program mengajar guru sudah mengupayakan merumuskan tujuan pembelajaran dan melihat capaian pembelajaran, 5) faktor pendukung dalam kompetensi profesional guru di SMK adalah tersedianya sarana dan prasarana yang dibutuhkan, sedangkan faktor penghambatnya masih ada guru yang belum optimal dalam penggunaan IT, 6) solusi untuk mengatasi persoalan tersebut dengan mengikuti pelatihan, lokakarya, house training, MKG, dan KKG.
